At Our College Station Gym, Class Offerings Include:
- Cardio Dance: This is a high-energy class that will keep you moving from head to toe, while sweating to the beat of the music. With easy-to-follow movements, this cardio intensive dance class keeps your heart rate up, burns calories, and before you know it you will have the body to show for it! Did we mention we have a club-grade sound system to keep the music bumping and the best instructors in town?
- Kickboxing: Kickboxing is a unique blend of circuit training, boxing, and body sculpting movements. Get your heart rate up, tune into your body, and connect with your muscles for maximum burn to chart topping music.
- Abs-so-Glute: Blast your abs, glutes, and back in no time! There is a mixture of static holds, quick repetitions, and partner exercises to give you the flat and toned midsection and back side you want.
- Weighted Abs-So-Glute: Abs-so-Glute with the addition of dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, etc. to build strength in the core and glutes.
- Kettlebell: Workouts include different movements such as the deadlift, swing, clean and jerk, and snatch. While there may be a learning curve with kettlebell training, anyone can do it and it’s highly beneficial to for the tendons and ligaments, resulting in stronger joints that may be less susceptible to injury.
- Shred: An indoor/outdoor body weight bootcamp class built of high-intensity interval training that alternates periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Plyometrics will be used to increase your power and light weight dumbbells to increase your strength.
- Step and Sweat: Step aerobics with sports inspired cardio moves to be sure to get you moving. A puree of the latest hip-hop songs, chart topping hits, and our client’s top picks. This is a class for all ages and dancing levels.
- Yoga: A mind and body class focusing on what Piranha Fitness Studio members want and need to round out their fitness training experience.
- Total Resistance: Challenge your strength and balance with this body weight resistance training class. Suitable for all levels, come work your entire body and improve your strength, balance, and core stability using TRX straps, resistance bands, and Pilates balls.
- Cycle: This is a music-inspired, 45-minute indoor cycle ride that targets your entire body. Not only will you climb hills, tap back, and use dumbbells to sculpt the upper body, but you’ll ride to some of the hottest music out there. Get your ass in gear with our Piranha Cycle classes.
- Co-Op: Our newest fusion class that includes 30 minutes of circuit training and 30 minutes of cycling. Get your cardio and weights all done in under an hour!
- Power Training: Small group personal training program consisting of high intensity workouts comprised of a push, pull, squat, hinge, and rotation every workout. What you feel like and look like is the main focus. It’s personal training in a small group setting with much affordable prices.
- After Dark Cardio Hip Hop: Turn down the lights and let’s sweat! Our late night cardio dance party is the perfect way for you to finish off (or start) your day. Let your mind let loose, shake out all the vibes not serving you, and dance the night away!
