RallyPoint fitness is based out of College Station, Texas. We offer co-ed boot camps for all fitness levels in the Castlegate Community and surrounding areas. We believe in functional fitness and fitness for life. We pride our selves on having no injuries at our bootcamps. RallyPoint fitness is locally owned and operated by Nancy Roberts.

Many boot camps in the Bryan/College Station area either make you purchase weights to bring with you, or use no equipment at all and rely on boring body weight and running exercises. At RallyPoint Fitness boot camps you bring nothing and get everything! You get Boxing, dummies to drag, military medevac sleds to pull, Bull Dog Fitness ropes, rucksacks to carry, Suspension trainers, logs to haul around, tires to flip and hit and much more. You will even get mental strength and self-discipline. Oh yeah did we mention you would get in shape and have fun?

RallyPoint boot camp is one of the cheapest full hour boot camps at $10 per session. We are the best-kept fitness secret in the Bryan/College Station area! There is never a dull moment with all of the different types of equipment and exercises that we do. We never allow more than 15 boot campers per class. We feel that you deserve personalized attention so you can most effectively and safely workout.
ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME
Our workouts are unique in the fact that a person over 60 can do the same workout as a person in their 20s. We model modifications and different intensity levels for each exercise to cater to everyone’s fitness level. We believe in fitness for life, not just for today. If it hurts, we change the exercise to accommodate your body.
YOU WILL MAKE LIFELONG FRIENDS
When you and 12 fellow boot campers carry a military medical evacuation stretcher a mile with a 245lbs dummy in it, you have no choice but to bond with the person next to you! You get a real feel for what it is like to be in a foxhole with your ranger buddy.
You will never do the same workout twice in a 6-week period. Every session focuses on cardio-based strength training. Workouts are fun and exciting. You will get healthy and fit, and build your self-confidence. You will also learn about the military as we use various military tactics as exercises. Check out our FAQ page to see what we mean. We also promote group motivation in addition to self-discipline.
A SCHEDULE THAT FITS YOUR SCHEDULE
We offer morning boot camps Monday-Friday and evening camps M, W, Th. Join at any time! We are always here. This is a continuous program but you only pay for 6 weeks at a time. We only take breaks for major holidays so you don’t get in your grove for 4 weeks and then have an entire week off. That’s crazy! We also prorate our boot camps so if you join us in the middle of a camp you only pay for the days that remain in the six weeks.
